Muhtawa is an AI-powered platform that generates images and videos based on user inputs using advanced artificial intelligence models. Users purchase credits to generate content, with each generation consuming credits based on type and complexity.
Users must create accounts using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and accepting responsibility for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
Credits are purchased through TAP Payments and allow content generation. One credit has no monetary value outside Muhtawa and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely in SAR, BHD, KWD, or USD based on location.
You retain ownership of generated content but grant Muhtawa a non-exclusive license to use it for platform improvement and training. You agree not to generate content that violates laws, infringes rights, contains hate speech, depicts minors in explicit content, or is used for fraud. Muhtawa reserves the right to moderate or remove violating content.
You agree to use the Service lawfully, not interfere with infrastructure, not gain unauthorized access, not use automated tools without permission, respect intellectual property, and not resell credits.
Muhtawa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Service use, even if advised of possibility of such damages.
Muhtawa operates on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Muhtawa reserves the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all unused credits are forfeited.
