Muhtawa operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased are non-refundable once purchased, as they represent digital assets with no inherent monetary value. However, we understand that circumstances may warrant refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Refunds are provided for: duplicate charges within 24 hours, unauthorized transactions, service failures or bugs, technical payment errors where funds were collected but credits not delivered, and account compromise with verified proof. Refunds are NOT provided for: credits used for legitimate content generation, credits that were partially used, change of mind, failure to understand Service features, account closure after purchase, credits used to generate violating content, or expired credits.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. Contact us with: your account email and name, transaction date and amount, reason for the request, and supporting documentation. We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. TAP Payments processes all refund transactions.
Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first attempting resolution with Muhtawa may result in: permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all remaining credits, and legal action to recover chargeback fees. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks.
Partial refunds may be granted when some credits were properly used and some were lost due to error. Only the erroneous portion will be refunded, reflecting the number of credits lost, not the full purchase amount.
Credits earned through promotional campaigns, referral programs, or bonuses are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Muhtawa reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to future transactions. If you have a pending refund request, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
